1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the VitalCore website and the purchase of digital educational programs. By accessing or using our services you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Nature of Services

VitalCore provides educational content focused on gentle daily movement, nutrition awareness and habit formation. All materials are for informational and educational purposes only and do not replace professional medical advice.

3. Digital Products and Access

After payment confirmation, customers receive lifetime access to the purchased courses. Access is delivered via secure links sent to the provided phone number. Prices are in Euros and include VAT where applicable.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Full refund requests are accepted within 14 days of purchase if the customer has not yet accessed or downloaded any course materials. After access is granted, all sales are final. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, videos, texts, graphics and materials are the intellectual property of VitalCore. Users are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license for private use only. Any copying, distribution or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

6. User Conduct and Responsibilities

Users agree to use the materials responsibly and listen to their body during any physical practices. VitalCore is not liable for any injury or discomfort resulting from improper use of the provided information.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VitalCore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.
